Frequently asked questions
Do I need 360 photos to start?
No. You can build the whole tour from renders and floor plans, which is what usually exists before the building does. Add 360 panoramas later, once there is something to photograph.
Does the visitor have to install anything?
No. It opens in the phone or desktop browser. They can also add it to the home screen and use it like an app.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You point a CNAME record at us and the tour lives on your domain, with a certificate issued automatically. You can also stay on the address we give you.
Is anything charged inside the tour?
Never. Visitors do not pay and never enter card details anywhere. The contact button opens WhatsApp, email, Telegram, a phone call or whatever link you configure.
What about construction progress?
You load stages with their percentage and dates, plus a photo log. Buyers open the same link as always and see how it is going. You can hide it if you would rather not publish it.
Does Google index the tour?
Yes. The page leaves the server with the copy and images already written in, with structured data and with a distinct address per language. That is the difference against tours that ship an empty page.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from your own panel and without calling anybody. The tour stays up until the end of the period you already paid for.
