Cookie policy

A cookie is a tiny file this site stores in your browser to remember something. Almost all of ours exist so you can sign in and so a form cannot be submitted from another page; only one is for measurement, and we ask you about that one first.

The short version: if you decline measurement cookies, the site works exactly the same and no third-party script is loaded.

This service is provided by Jean Carlos Heli Mantilla Soles, tax ID 23.608.649-6, registered at Los Cóndores 2980, Iquique, Chile.

1. Which pages this covers

Our public site, the application you sign in to, and our back office.

It does NOT cover our customers' 360 tours, nor those tours on their own domains. We load neither Clarity nor any other third-party tool there: the only measurement is our own, first-party, which produces the statistics that showroom's owner sees.

2. The ones that cannot be switched off

There are two, and both are strictly necessary: without them there is no session, no safe forms, and no way to remember your own cookie choice. The law does not require consent for these, which is why they do not appear as an option in the notice.

• "shwsid", the session cookie. It does three jobs at once: it keeps you signed in, it holds the token that stops a third party submitting forms in your name, and it remembers the language you chose. It lasts up to thirty days and is deleted when you sign out.
• "vr_cookies", your measurement choice. It stores whether you accepted or declined, so we do not ask again on every page. It lasts six months and contains nothing but that answer.

Both are first-party: this domain sets them and nobody else reads them. Neither identifies who you are outside this site.

Your choice is stored per host. If you make it on the public site and then sign in to the application, you are asked once more: that is deliberate, so no cookie of ours travels across the subdomains where our customers' tours live.

3. Measurement cookies, which need your permission

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the application is used: which button people get stuck on, which screen gets abandoned, where people click with nothing happening. It helps us fix the product.

• Clarity cookies (_clck, _clsk and any Microsoft adds): anonymously identify a browser across visits so the same person is not counted ten times. They last up to a year.

What we do to keep this as unintrusive as possible:
- The script is not loaded until you accept. If you decline, it is not on the page: not switched off, simply not downloaded.
- Content masking is on, so what you type into fields is not recorded.
- We do not use it for advertising, we do not cross that data with your account and we do not sell it.
- We never load it inside our customers' showrooms.
- Nor on the dashboard screens that display the enquiries your visitors left: Leads and Brokers are served without the script whether you accepted or not. That data belongs to those people, who authorised us for nothing, and your permission cannot cover what is not yours.

Microsoft processes that data as a controller in its own right, under its own privacy statement, and retains it for up to a year.

4. How to change your mind

There is a "Cookies" link in the footer of any page. Open it and choose again; the change applies immediately.

Withdrawing permission is as easy as giving it: no need to write to anyone or justify anything, and the site keeps working the same. Once withdrawn, we stop loading the script on subsequent pages.

If you also want to delete cookies already set, that is done from your browser. Every browser lets you delete a specific site's cookies and block future ones.

5. What we do not do

• We use no advertising cookies and no social network pixels.
• We do not sell or share browsing data.
• We build no commercial profiles of anyone.
• We do not follow the same person across different sites.
• There is no cookie wall: declining takes nothing away from the service.
• We do not treat continued browsing as permission. Accepting means clicking accept.

6. If you are a customer

Your showroom is served with no third-party cookies and no external measurement scripts. The analytics you see in your dashboard are produced by us from first-party events stored on our server, and that data is yours.

Even so, check the law where you operate: if you embed your tour in your own website with an iframe and that site has its own cookies, the notice on that page is yours to give.
