Mixed media
Combine renders, 360 panoramas, video and floor plans in the same showroom.
Web platform for architecture and real estate
Bring renders, panoramas, video and floor plans into a branded web presentation ready to share.
No card required. One public showroom on the Free plan.
Viewroom3D organizes your media, builds the tour, applies your identity and follows the visit through to the first contact.
Upload the material your team already produces. Order it, connect it and define the visit without installing software.
Combine renders, 360 panoramas, video and floor plans in the same showroom.
The Free plan supports up to 300 scenes and automatically optimizes images.
Order scenes, link navigation points and position each space on its floor plan.
Control movement between scenes and present alternative versions of the same space.
The experience works on desktop and mobile through a shareable link, with installable web access when supported by the browser.
02
The cover starts the story. It can follow your brand without losing the structure of the tour.
Create, edit and use templates on every plan. Publishing or updating in the Library requires Freelancer or higher; Basic and Agency include the Assistant.
Downgrading never deletes your designs or existing publications. You can remove your publications even on Free.
03
Use a public presentation to attract demand, a private link for review or a custom domain for a complete brand experience.
Share the link, publish in the gallery and allow indexing when the project should be discoverable.
Use private links or protected access when a client, stage or project should not be open to everyone.
Customize logo, icon and share image. From Basic you can remove the badge, use a short address and connect a custom domain with a certificate.
The public interface supports local and international projects in both languages.
04
Enable only the modules the project needs. The presentation remains clear even when there is more information behind it.
Present a catalog connected to the tour, giving every unit visual context and a commercial status.
Share progress, milestones, Gantt-style planning and photographs to keep clients and teams aligned.
Receive contacts by email and Telegram. Paid plans add lead follow-up in the dashboard.
05
Review tour performance and see which scenes create interest. Agency adds heatmaps, countries and channels.
The workflow lets you publish an early version and enrich it without rebuilding the project.
Add renders, 360 views, video and floor plans.
Order scenes, link spaces and add information.
Choose a template, apply your brand and share the link.

No. You can build the whole walkthrough from your ordinary renders, the ones D5, Lumion or Enscape already give you. Add 360 panoramas and videos whenever you like, in the same walkthrough and without redoing anything.
No. It opens in the phone or desktop browser. They can also add it to the home screen and use it like an app.
Yes, from the Basic plan up. You point a CNAME record at us and the tour lives on your domain, with a certificate we issue and renew. On the free plan you use the address we give you, which works just as well.
Never. Visitors do not pay and never enter card details anywhere. The contact button opens WhatsApp, email, Telegram, a phone call or whatever link you configure.
It comes with the Basic plan up. You load stages with their percentage and dates, plus a photo log. Your client opens the same link as always and sees how it is going, so you stop answering the same message every week. You can hide it if you would rather not publish it.
Yes. The page leaves the server with the copy and images already written in, with structured data and with a distinct address per language. That is the difference against tours that ship an empty page.
Yes, from your own panel and without calling anybody. The tour stays up until the end of the period you already paid for, and then the account drops back to the free plan. Nothing you uploaded is deleted.
Moving up is immediate and you lose nothing you have already built. To move down you first finish the period you paid for: while your higher plan is still live we do not let you subscribe to a lower one, so you never pay twice for the same month.
With a debit or credit card, charged in US dollars, from any country. Your country's tax is worked out and invoiced by the payment provider in the same charge, and only they ever see your card: it never touches our servers. Renewal is automatic and you can stop it whenever you want from your dashboard.
Yes. Every tour in the gallery carries the contact channels its owner chose to leave — WhatsApp, email, Telegram, phone or a form — and the message reaches them directly. We do not sit in the middle and we do not charge you for writing to them.
Appearing in the gallery is a switch in your dashboard, not a requirement. You can have the tour published and shared by link without it ever showing in the gallery, and change your mind whenever you want: the link stays the same and the showroom never goes down for a second.
A viewer opens a panorama. Viewroom3D turns the project into a presentation with a cover, connected scenes, renders, 360s, video, floor plans, five ready templates and a beta custom template editor. It can use your brand, private links and custom domain depending on the plan.
It depends on whether you already have the images. If you have your renders or your panoramas, you build the walkthrough yourself and all you pay is the subscription: free for one public tour, or USD 25.90 a month for several, with your own domain and private links. Producing the images from scratch is a separate cost and not a software one.
Yes, from the Basic plan up. You mark the walkthrough as unlisted and only whoever holds the link gets in: it stays out of the gallery, out of site search, and Google never indexes it. You can add a password too. On the free plan the walkthrough is public.
Yes, and with any other tool. All you upload here are images: ordinary renders as JPG or PNG, equirectangular 360 panoramas and MP4 videos. It makes no difference which program made them, and no plugin or special exporter is needed.
